This powder, from the seeds of the Anadenanthera colubrina genus, has an extremely long history of human, & shamanic, use. It was taken as a snuff & prepared more or less in the way it comes to you. A standard prise would have been around the 150 mg mark, according to Harris & Grimes, 1972.
